The 13th Japan-Korea-China Seminar on Measurement was held for the first time in 5 years on 5 September 2024.

The Seminar began in 2003 in order to discuss the latest developments in each country.
Japan, Korea and China take turns holding a seminar every two years. The 13th seminar was hosted by Korea Association of Standards & Testing Organizations (KASTO).

The seminar had 30 participants from Korea, 10 from Japan, and 2 from China, and eight topics were discussed. From Japan, presentations on verification of automatic weighing instrument and the development of ship scales were delivered.

The next seminar will be held in Japan.
