JMIF held an online meeting with NMIM (National Metrology Institute of Malaysia) and MDT (Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer) on 14 December regarding legal metrology systems of each country.
Malaysia and JMIF presented latest legal metrology systems in their countries. After presentations by each country, there was a question-and-answer session. JMIF questioned such as about starting date of type approval and verification system. Malaysia asked about type approval for automatic weighing instruments and verification marks.
Attendees deepened knowledge about legal metrology of each country.
